Pneumatic cartridge
The fully automatic pneumatic cartridge not only quickly centers and grabs the workpieces, but also guarantees a stable retention of force due to pressure regulation. This is true even for pipes, including thin-walled ones.
Fully automatic loading and unloading system
The automatic device for loading and unloading materials is controlled by a digital control system for feeding pipes. The loading device will grab one pipe from the bundle and feed it forward for inspection. This reduces the cost of manual feeding of materials along with the possibility of immediately loading a bundle of pipes in full compliance with the technical process of pipe cutting.
