Machine body
The metal body of this cutter is heat treated to 600°C, so it cools down inside the oven for 24 hours. After the completion of this process processing is carried out on a planar milling machine and welding in carbon dioxide. This guarantees high strength and a 20-year service life.
It is specially used for cutting square pipes, round pipes, rectangular pipes, D-shaped pipes, hexagonal pipes, etc.
Square pipe 20 * 20 - 100 * 100mm, round pipe d20-d150mm, pipe thickness 0.5-5mm for carbon steel, 0.5-5mm for stainless steel pipe, 0.5-16mm for carbon steel, 0.5-8 mm for stainless steel.
Double-W rotation
The Double-W (double width) rotary cutter of 6 meter long pipes is no longer limited to a 60:1 longitudinal bending flexibility ratio.
