The HSG HS-E series professional laser machines use a combination of servo motors and ball screws to cut pipes and tubes up to 210mm in diameter and up to 6000mm in length. This system provides an accuracy of 0.2 mm and a maximum speed of 60 m/min, as well as an allowable acceleration of 0.5 G. The laser can be equipped with a laser source with a power of 1000 to 3000 W.
Machine body
The machine excepts standard square tube, high temperature heat treatment 600,, 12-meter milling with finishing treatment, 24-hour cooling inside the furnace, which ensures the long-term use of the machine without deformation, so the precision of the machine is guaranteed.
DOUBLE-W ROTATION
The Double-W (double width) rotary cutter of metre long pipes is no longer limited to 60:1 longitudinal bending flexibility ratio.
Pipe cutting capacity
It can be widely used for cutting pipes, including round, square, rectangular, oval and horn pipes with max diameter of 210 mm for a round pipe and 150 mm x 150 mm for a square pipe.
